In anticipation of the Common Clearing Link with the Chicago Board of Trade, we are requesting a list of CBOT back office staff, that will be accessing CME 3270 and Portal applications.

This information is essential to allow ample time to set up security access and portal registration passwords in advance of firm testing and training. 

Note if there is a current staff member whose current security set up can be used to match the new user(s), please specify that user id under �CME System(s)�. 

Please provide the following information via email to jperun@cme.com: 

�        User Name

�        Firm Name

   CME firm Number(s) -- include any sub-firm numbers

�        CBOT firm Number(s)

�        E-mail Address

�        Phone Number

�        CME System(s)

Once passwords are defined, we will forward the information to each user with portal registration instructions, system user guides and upcoming training schedules. 

Please be aware that if your firm number at the CME is the same as the CBOT, all new users will maintain the �F123ABC� naming convention.  If however, your firm number at the CBOT is different, we will assign new CBOT users with a �C123ABC� designation.
